Japan
Tokyo · Osaka · Nagoya · Fukuoka
Food, cosmetics and battery items must be declared in advance — Japan reviews product names and declared values closely.
Everything you buy on Taobao, 1688, JD or Pinduoduo ships to our China warehouse. We receive it, check it, strip the packaging, consolidate it into one box and send it to your door in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe, the US or Canada — priced by weight.
One China warehouse, one consolidation process — we match each destination with the right air or sea lane. Transit times below are typical references; your quotation confirms the actual flight or sailing schedule and clearance conditions.
Tokyo · Osaka · Nagoya · Fukuoka
Food, cosmetics and battery items must be declared in advance — Japan reviews product names and declared values closely.
Seoul · Busan · Incheon
The consignee needs a personal customs clearance code (PCCC); food, cosmetics and medicines face stricter limits.
Taipei · Taichung · Kaohsiung
The consignee must complete identity verification and confirm the customs mandate in the EZ WAY app.
Singapore · Malaysia · Thailand · Vietnam · Philippines · Indonesia
Singapore and Malaysia clear smoothly; Indonesia and the Philippines inspect food and cosmetics more strictly, so declare early.
UK · Germany · France · Netherlands · Italy · Spain
EU shipments need an IOSS / VAT number, with duties either included (DDP) or paid by the consignee (DDU); the UK declares separately.
Los Angeles · New York · Chicago · Houston — nationwide delivery
Personal parcels declared under USD 800 are usually duty-free; branded goods need authorisation documents.
Toronto · Vancouver · Montreal · Calgary
Duties and GST / HST are normally paid by the consignee; remote areas may incur a delivery surcharge.
Other regions — Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, South America and more — are also supported. Send us your destination city and we will confirm availability and the best lane.
Ask us for your warehouse address and inbound code. Use it as the delivery address at checkout, and add your member code in the order notes so we can match the parcel to your account.
Ask our team for the exact address and your member code before you send anything.
Order on Taobao, 1688, JD or Pinduoduo using our warehouse address.
Each parcel is scanned in and you can see its status online.
When everything has arrived, we unpack, weigh, reinforce and photograph the combined box.
Confirm the freight, pay, and we ship with a tracking number through to delivery.
International express charges a base rate plus per-kg increments on every parcel, so ten separate parcels means ten base charges. Consolidating them into one box means paying the base rate once — and the volumetric weight usually drops too.
We remove excess shoeboxes, cartons and bubble wrap, keeping only necessary protection — volumetric weight drops immediately.
FreeParcels are held free for up to 60 days after arrival, so everything can ship together once it's all in.
FreeWe photograph each parcel on arrival so damage, shortages or wrong items are caught before the shipment leaves China.
Urgent items can go out first while the rest waits for the next batch — you decide the balance between speed and cost.
On request we remove shop receipts, price tags and flyers, keeping only the paperwork needed for clearance.
Customs clearance, duties and final-mile delivery are handled — to a home or business address.
Most destinations offer two or three modes. We recommend a mix based on your weight, volume and deadline — per-destination transit times are listed in the table above.
Charged per kg and best for everyday orders of 1–30 kg. The usual choice for consolidated parcels, balancing speed against cost.
Charged per CBM or kg — ideal for heavy, bulky or bulk-buy goods. The lowest unit cost, but allow a longer transit window.
Commercial carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx — the fastest option for urgent, valuable or single-item shipments. Charged on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
Transit times are typical reference values and vary with schedules, destination customs and peak season. Every quote states an expected arrival window.
| Item | What it means | Impact |
|---|---|---|
| Chargeable weight | Whichever is greater of actual and volumetric weight. Volumetric = L×W×H ÷ 5000 or 6000, depending on the lane | Light bulky goods are charged on volume |
| Base plus increments | Courier lanes usually apply a base charge for the first weight band, then a per-kg rate | Consolidating avoids paying the base charge repeatedly |
| Duties and taxes | Either DDP with duties included, or DDU where the consignee pays on arrival | Based on destination duty rates and declared value |
| Remote-area surcharge | Some countries or regions fall outside the main delivery network | Confirmed and disclosed in the quotation |
I shipped my luggage and daily essentials to the US for school — my first time using consolidation. The team explained everything patiently and helped me combine parcels, repack and cut weight to save on freight. The US line was faster than I expected, everything arrived well protected with no crushed boxes, customs went smoothly and I could track it the whole way. I have recommended it to friends studying abroad.
We run a small independent store with modest volumes, and hidden fees were our biggest fear. The quote is clear with no surprise surcharges, US local trucking is dependable and deliveries sign off consistently. Ordering and reconciliation are simple, our rep responds fast, and they even arrange last-minute shipments. Very honest value for a US line.
I work in Japan and often buy clothes and small home goods from China. The Japan air line gets here in about a week, and consolidated freight came out far cheaper than I expected. The team flagged the items Japanese customs scrutinises, which saved me several problems — the declaration cleared first time.
I shipped small home appliances and a folding bike to Germany by LCL sea — about a month door to door. Declared value and VAT were explained up front, delivery came with no extra charge, and the box was braced with timber, so the appliances arrived undamaged.

Message us on WhatsApp first to get your warehouse address and member code. Then change the delivery address at checkout to our warehouse and add your member code in the order notes. Parcels are scanned in on arrival, you can track their status, and once everything has arrived you request consolidation.
Parcels are stored free for 60 days after they are received. Before that period ends we will contact you to agree next steps for anything still with us; if you need a longer hold, tell us in advance and we will confirm any applicable charge.
Consolidation is charged on chargeable weight, whichever is greater of actual and volumetric. Many people only count actual weight, but clothing, shoes and plush items are bulky and get charged on volume. Repacking reduces volume, which is where the savings come from. The quotation states the final chargeable weight.
We refuse anything prohibited by law, including narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods and infringing items. Batteries, liquids, powders, food, cosmetics and branded goods are sensitive and must be declared in advance so we can assess eligibility, documentation and packaging.
Carrier liability is normally capped, so transit insurance is recommended for valuable goods. If something goes wrong, keep the packaging, photographs and delivery records and contact us immediately so a claim can be opened. We also photograph parcels before consolidation, which helps establish where any damage occurred.

Korea requires the consignee's personal customs clearance code (PCCC). Taiwan requires identity verification and confirmation of the customs mandate in the EZ WAY app. Japan reviews product descriptions and declared values closely, so food, cosmetics and battery items must be declared in advance. We check each of these before dispatch.
Yes. The EU and UK charge VAT on imported parcels and usually require an IOSS or VAT number before dispatch. You can choose DDP (duties and taxes included in the freight) or DDU (collected from the consignee on delivery); your quotation states which applies.
Yes. Parcels held in the same warehouse can be split into separate shipments by destination — for example part to Japan and part to Canada. Each box is priced separately, with its own quotation and tracking number.
